1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clear Stream TV cloud storage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of Clear Stream TV, including subscribers, visitors, and others who access or use the cloud storage service.

2. Description of Service

Clear Stream TV provides subscription-based cloud storage and digital file management services. Customers receive a storage allocation based on their chosen plan, accessible via web portal, desktop client, mobile application, and API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Plans range from 1TB at $25/month to 5TB at $65/month. Each additional TB is priced at $10/month above the base plan.

Your subscription automatically renews at the regular monthly rate on your billing date unless canceled before the renewal date.

You authorize Clear Stream TV to charge your payment method on the billing date each month.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Clear Stream TV cloud storage services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Store, distribute, or transmit unlawful content
Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials
Use the service to host or distribute malware or harmful software
Attempt to bypass storage limits or security controls
Use automated systems to abuse API access
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Storage & Data

You are responsible for all files uploaded to your storage account. Clear Stream TV does not review, monitor, or claim ownership of your stored files.

Each plan provides a fixed storage quota. Exceeding your quota may result in the suspension of upload capabilities until you upgrade your plan or remove files.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon cancellation, your files remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. After the period ends, your storage is decommissioned. We recommend downloading all files before canceling.

Clear Stream TV is not responsible for data loss due to account cancellation or termination for policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clear Stream TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued unless required by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
