Files you upload to your cloud storage account are your property. Clear Stream TV does not access, read, sell, or share your stored files with any third party, except as required by law.
All files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS. Decryption keys are managed under strict access controls.
Payment card information is processed by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal) and is never stored on our servers. We only retain a tokenized reference to your payment method.

We retain account data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain billing records for up to 2 years for legal and financial compliance. Stored files are permanently deleted within 30 days of account termination.
